OHHA to host fair clerk and charter workshop

Grove City, OH — The Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association will host a fair clerk and charter workshop on Saturday (April 20) at the OHHA office. Anyone who works in this capacity or is interested in becoming a clerk and/or charter is welcome to attend.

USTA representatives will give updates on microchips as they apply to the fairs, new features/reports in eTrack, a brief overview of what is required to become a licensed clerk/charter with the USTA, and the necessity of results being entered into eTrack in a timely manner. They will also give background on how other states handle coded classes and we will discuss how to handle the coded classes for Ohio.

The workshop will begin at 10 a.m. and lunch will be provided. During lunch there will be an open forum to discuss problems or questions you might have pertaining to county fair harness racing.
