Columbus, OH — The Richland County Fair in Mansfield, Ohio, has announced a post time change for the upcoming races on Sunday (Aug. 9) and Monday (Aug. 10).

Originally scheduled for 5:30 p.m., races will now start at 3 p.m. both days.
