Upalazyriver headlines USTA Roadster Classic

Columbus, OH — Twenty Standardbreds have been entered in the USTA Roadster Classic, held during the World Championship Horse Show in Louisville, Ky., August 23-29.

Two qualifying classes will be held Monday morning, August 24, with the top 10 finishers coming back for the final on Thursday night, August 27. The purse for the Roadster Classic is $15,000 (est.).

The twenty entrants have earned over $1.1 million during their racing careers; some never started in a race, while others like stallion Upalazyriver took a mark of 1:52.3 and earned $493,943 during his racing career.
