Chester, PA — In conjunction with the USTA Strategic Wagering Program, Harrah’s Philadelphia will feature a $10,000 guaranteed pool in the Pick-4 on Sunday (Dec. 31).

The Pick-4 guaranteed pool was prompted by a $1,827.67 carryover from Friday afternoon (Dec. 29). The pick-4 begins in race one and features a low 15 percent takeout. First post is scheduled for 4 p.m. Eastern.
