2019 Keystone USHWA awards presented
Roger Huston, the Communicators Hall of Fame member who ended a 44-year announcing career at The Meadows racetrack last November but continues harness involvement in his native state of Ohio, has been voted the highest honor annually given by the Keystone Chapter of the United States Harness Writers Association, the Mary Lib Miller Award, named for the lifelong helpmate of “Mr. Harness Racing,” Delvin Miller, founder of The Meadows — a couple Roger knew quite well.
USTA takes ‘A Look Back at Grand Circuit History’
The U.S. Trotting Association, in conjunction with EquineX, has announced a new weekly video series entitled “A Look Back at Grand Circuit History” beginning on Friday (May 1). Kicking off the series will be the 2019 Dexter Cup won by Osterc.
