Knoxville (Mark MacDonald) led to the quarter in :27. Watch Em Win ($18.92) then took the lead with a lap to go and was first to the half in :56 and first to three quarters in 1:23.
Watch Em Win held off a late charge from Everlast Sting Deo (Matt Kakaley) to win in 1:52.3. Everlast Sting Deo was disqualified for interference and placed sixth. American Pastime (Braxten Boyd) inherited second place. Ideal Rebel (Mike Merton) finished third.
Watch Em Win is a 2-year-old colt by He’s Watching-Winners Over. He is trained by Ron Burke for owners Burke Racing Stable, P Collura & Weaver Bruscemi. It was his third career victory.
