J’aime le Foot, a 4-year-old French trotter was sold on Thursday (Jan. 19) on an internet-sale organized by Arqana-Trot for 700.000 Euro to a group who will stand the horse as a stallion at the Haras du Sassy in France.

J-aime le Foot, who has won seven from 13 starts, including on Group 1 race, is sired by Boccador de Simm, who is hot as stallion at present in France, and out of a mare sired by Ready Cash.

Only two trotters were offered at the sale, both from trainer Philippe Allaire.

The other, a 3-year-old Italian-bred filly, Etsic’Etaitvrai, who is unbeaten in four races, was sold for 140.000 Euro to the Australian stud farm Yabby Dam Farms.

Etsic’Etaitvrai, is sired by French stallion, Charley du Noyer and out of Gilly LB, also the dam of top trotter Callmethebreeze (sired by Trixton).
