Vivid Wise As wins Gran Premio delle Nazioni for third time in a row

As the first trotter ever in history, the 9-year-old Vivid Wise As, with Matthieu Abrivard in the bike, won the prestigious Italian stake race Gran Premio delle Nazioni for the third time in a row.

Vivid Wise As, trained by Alessandro Gocciadoro, took an early lead and stayed on to win by four lengths, followed by Go on Boy with Romain Derieux and Heliade du Goutier with Giampaolo Minnucci.

The win was worth 78,200 Euro.

Vivid Wise As has had a banner year; from 14 races he has four wins, three seconds and two thirds and earnings of 850,918 Euro and with lifetime earnings of 3,187,269 Euro, Vivid Wise As is by far the richest son of Yankee Glide.
