Born at the Stanfordville, N.Y., farm on Feb. 6 was among the earliest of the Ecurie D Dk foals, this one a filly from the mare Plum Wine. The dam took a 1:59f record at age three and is the only surviving female from Allerage foundation mare Magenta Hall, making Plum Wine a half-sister to the million dollar winning 2013 Yonkers Trot champ Dewycolorintheline.
Over at the Sayre, Pa., location on Feb. 8 came a colt by the red-hot Tactical Landing, the third foal of stakes winner Smoke And Mirrors 3,1:55.3s ($290,797).
Both mares and foals are doing well.
