The SPHO-NJ Announces No-Cost Entries/Stabling for Adoptable Horse Division at 30th Anniversary National Standardbred Horse Show

Freehold, NJ – The Standardbred Pleasure Horse Organization of New Jersey (SPHO-NJ) is looking forward to the upcoming 30th Anniversary National Standardbred Horse Show, which will be held on the Friday-Sunday of Sept. 20-22, 2024, at the Horse Park of New Jersey.

New for this 30th anniversary edition of the National Standardbred Horse Show, an Adoptable Horse division will be offered in the prize list. All adoptable horses will be stabled together in a prominent location to maximize visibility to potential adopters.

Class entry fees and stabling for horses in the Adoptable Horse division will be free*.

The Adoptable Horse division will consist of three classes:

Adoptable Horse In Hand Conformation; Adoptable Horse 2-Gait English/Western Pleasure; Adoptable Horse 3-Gait English/Western Pleasure

*Adoptable horses are welcome to cross-enter other classes/divisions at the National Standardbred Horse Show. If a horse is entered in additional classes beyond the three Adoptable Horse classes, they must pay an entry fee for the additional classes only, plus the standard stabling fee. All entries, including Adoptable Horse division-only entries, must pay the office fee.
