Vernon, NY — The 50th edition of the Dr. Harry M. Zweig Memorial 3-year-old trot “Open to the World” will be raced on Thursday (July 4) at Vernon Downs with a post time of 6:05 p.m.

The box for the Zweig and the NYSS Excelsior for 2-year-old colt trotters will close at 9 a.m. on Monday (July 1). This will be a double draw for July 4 and July 5.

The Zweig conditions use a top money lifetime format for both open and filly stakes. The list of eligible horses is on the web. There will be detention.
