Wilkes-Barre, PA — Officials at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania have announced the cancellation of Tuesday’s (July 9) live harness racing card due to a water problem in the area.

Racing will resume this coming Saturday afternoon (July 13) with a post time of 1 p.m. (EDT).
