Mt. Hope, OH — The North American Standardbred Mixed Sale will host its first auction on Dec. 17 at the Mt. Hope Event Center in Mt. Hope, Ohio, and the sales company is pleased by the quality of entries received to date.
The standout 3-year-old trotting filly Allegiant, a winner of $620,697 to date, including $325,377 this year alone, will be sold at the inaugural sale. The daughter of Tactical Landing is a multiple stakes winner both as a rookie and sophomore and was a winner of a Hambletonian Oaks elimination (third in the final) this past summer.
The sale’s early consignments include a 20 head reduction from an Anvil And Lace client with most mares in foal to talented trotter Volstead or exciting young stallion King Of The North.
The Burke Brigade Stable, Spring Haven Farm and Chris Beaver are just a few of the consignors to date. Some of the sport’s leading sires are also represented including Walner, Muscle Hill, Donato Hanover, Father Patrick, Chapter Seven, Cantab Hall, Captaintreacherous, Downbytheseaside, Sweet Lou, Bettor’s Delight, and Somebeachsomewhere.
