Horsy Dream, who won the 2024 Elitloppet at Solvalla, will not be able to defend his title in this year’s edition.
Horsy Dream, who hasn’t raced since the end of September, continues to have issues with a hind leg and thus cannot be trained optimally.
The horse’s team has now announced that they have given up getting Horsy Dream ready for races this spring, but they are aiming to have the 8-year-old stallion ready for the winter meeting at Vincennes in the fall.
Currently, Horsy Dream is serving as a stallion in France, where he is available for €2,000 at booking and €10,000 for live foal.
