Solvalla, SE — The French mare, Inmarosa, is not exactly used to coming into the winner’s circle – even though she has won almost $1.2 million dollars, she has only won six victories.
7-year-old Inmarosa with Leo Abrivard won Harper Hanovers Lopp over approx. 2 miles at Solvalla in a new world record 1.55 (mile rate)

Inmarosa has been a regular fixture among the French top-class trotters over the past year and recently she has been second in the Prix de France and fourth in the Prix de Paris.
With 700 meters to go, Inmarosa took the lead followed by Kentucky River with Ôrjan Kihlström, who tried to catch the French mare around the home turn and into the home stretch.
But without luck.-
Inmarosa with Leo Abrivard won safely in 1.55f (mile rate) ahead of Kentucky River with Ôrjan Kihlström and Immortal Doc with Erik N. Skoglund
There was 1 million kroner – $105,000 US to the winner.
Sweden Cup – a mile race often called the “Little Elitlopp” with three eliminations and a final over the mile was very easily won by Double Receiver with Ôrjan Kihlström in the bike and trained by Daniel Reden.
Double Receiver -a Cantab Hall-elder brother to Hambletonian-winner Tactical Approach, won both the elimination and the final – in the final he was timed in 1.51.3f. Double Deceiver picked up a cheque for elimination and final for 600.000 SEK – $63,000 US.
