Lebanon, OH – The 2025 Warren County Fair was held on Monday (July 14) with 18 races on the program and featuring Ohio Colt Racing Association contests.
Red-hot drivers Jason Beattie and Jeff Nisonger captured five races each on the program.
Beattie won with Skyway Slick (race two), Drinkson Royal Rae (race three), Garoppolo (race six), Spiritshappyending (race 13), and Sip And A Bite (race 18).
Nisonger won with Ourcoltofmanycolor (race five), Neigh Brr Lady (race eight), Delta Lady (race 11), Mickey’s Moni (race 12), and Creatine Doll (race 14). Nisonger also led all trainers on the day with four training victories.
In race nine, driver Daniel Holmes captured his first career driving win aboard Survivin Fire (Catch The Fire-Lyons Mandi) in a time of 1:55.4 for trainer Michael Hitchcock and owner William Hartt.
In race 15, 3-year-old trotting gelding Full Moon Howl established a new track record for trotters, completing the winning mile in a time of 1:57. This broke the record held by Big Box Hanover and Tyson (2020) and Starflower (2024). Full Moon Howl (Full Count-Howl Me In) is trained by Jessica Smith, co-owned by Madisyn and Jessica Smith and was driven to victory by Sam Widger.
