Columbus, OH – With all the end-of-the-year deadlines, don’t forget how much you can do via the USTA’s Online Services. Much of your work can be submitted online 24/7, such as:

- Renewing memberships – if your last name begins with A-D, your membership expires 12/31
- Renewing stables/stallion syndicates – all memberships expire 12/31
- Registering foals – due 12/31 before the price increases to $450
- Releasing mating certificates for stallion owners in the List of Mares Bred section of My Horses
- Ordering Lifetime Eligibilities for horses previously racing in Canada
- Pre-Ordering the Stakes Guide
- Submitting names for unnamed yearlings (if their registration is still pending) – all yearlings must be named by 12/31 before name change fees accrue
You can also check on the status of your work using your MyAccount home screen:
- Visit Broodmare Activity to verify if your mating certificate was released
- Use the ‘Work in Progress’ section to see paperwork being processed and what might be missing
- See if your horse is in your ownership by checking your list of Currently Owned in the My Horses section
You can still submit all paperwork via mail – just make sure your foal registration is postmarked by 12/31 to avoid the higher registration fee. If you need more information about USTA processes, please visit the Member Services section of the website, including pages on membership, foal registrations, stallion reporting, registering a stable, and so much more.
