Dover, DE – Bally’s Dover has postponed this week’s qualifiers to Thursday (Feb. 5), beginning at 10 a.m.
Entries are due to the race office Wednesday (Feb. 4) no later than 11 a.m.; horsepeople are encouraged to use the USTA Online Entry platform.
