Monroe, OH – With just a short field of five. Oh Look Magic left alertly from post six as a duel formed to his inside between Sayinwhatimthinkin and Pizzelle. Chris Page decided to take back and settle in third as Sayinwhatimthinkin won the battle to the quarter in a sharp :27.3. The 6-year-old gelded son of Lookslikeachpndale is on quite a run. He made 32 starts in 2025, with only one of those starts coming from outside the Open ranks. He finished 2025 with 12 wins, but what’s even more improbable, is that Oh Look Magic only had two wins in his first 20 starts of 2025 before finishing the year on a tear with 10 wins in his last 12 starts. He has won 12 of his last 16 starts, including two separate five race winning streaks. With the win today, he now has 27 lifetime wins, with 66 top three finishes in 88 lifetime starts.
Continuing his hot streak, the Buckeye, David Miller led everyone with four wins on the card bringing him to 14 wins for the week with one card remaining. Jeremy Smith had three wins, Trevor Smith and Chris Page each had a double. Elson Miller finished with a training double.
Milestone watch: David Miller is closing in on becoming the all-time leader in driver earnings, looking to surpass the clubhouse leader John Campbell, who sits at $299,892,141. David is just $85,254 back after Wednesday’s card.
