Harrington, DE — Harrington Raceway’s 2026 harness racing meet will commence April 13 on a primarily Monday-through-Wednesday schedule (post time 4:30 p.m.).
Horsepeople are asked to note the draw schedule below:
- Draw Tuesday for Monday’s races
- Draw Wednesday for Tuesday’s races
- Draw Thursday for Wednesday’s races
The box will close at 11 a.m. the first week. The first qualifying races of the season will be on Tuesday, April 7, and subsequent qualifying sessions during the season will occur on Wednesdays. The entry box for the April 13 racing program will remain open until the last qualifier is completed, if qualifiers go past 11 a.m.
Kevin Mack is back serving his second stint as race secretary at Delaware’s only half-mile racetrack. Mack, who has over 50 years of experience in the business, has served in the same position and as a racing official at many racetracks in Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan.
Live racing will go through July 8 before a customary summer break with the Delaware State Fair racing program on July 23 (special 7 p.m. post time). The summer/fall schedule will resume on Aug. 17.
