Plainville, MA — Getting in some good work before her upcoming stakes engagements, the 3-year-old Massachusetts-bred Adios My Lindy ripped off her third straight win after taking the $15,000 featured trot at Plainridge Park on Tuesday (July 14) by as many lengths as she pleased.
Adios My Lindy (Brett Beckwith) got away third as Get Outa My Lane (Bruce Ranger) took the field to the half in :56.1. As the race meandered onto the backstretch, Beckwith moved Adios My Lindy first-over and took the lead from Get Outa My Lane passing three-quarters in 1:25 and from that point on, the race was over. Adios My Lindy opened up a three-length lead by the top of the stretch and then bolted home, wrapped up and clear by 6-3/4 lengths in 1:54, which was a new lifetime mark.
The heavily backed Adios My Lindy ($2.10) is owned by Kelley Lamont Racing, Go For Glory Stable, Thomas Pontone and VIP Internet Stable, and is trained by Paul Kelley.

Adios My Lindy will be racing later this year in the $3.2 million (est.) Massachusetts Breeders Stakes at Plainridge Park, which gets underway Monday, Sept. 28.
Later, in the $14,000 mid-level conditioned trot, Sunburnt Silverado (Jay Randall) made every post a winning one after setting fractions of :27.3, :56.4 and 1:25.1, rounding the last bend, and turning back a challenge from the pocket-sitting Sangria Girl (Mitchell Cushing) to hit the line first in a seasonal best 1:54.4.
Sunburnt Silverado ($14) is owned by Michael Casalino Jr. and trained by Rob Harmon.
Brett Beckwith had a hat trick in the bike on Tuesday.
Racing at Plainridge Park will resume on Thursday (July 16) at 4 p.m.
Plainridge Park will host the Grand Circuit this Sunday (July 19) when the $300,000 Spirit of Massachusetts Trot and $150,000 Clara Barton Distaff Pace go postward on a special matinee card of racing that will start at 2 p.m.
