Northfield, OH – On Saturday night (Aug.1), Northfield Park will feature the special Summit County Fair race card with 20 live races on tap. With the added races, first post has been moved up to 5 p.m.
Along with the racing, fans can enjoy a Fair Food Festival on the apron, a live DJ, a T-shirt toss, free face painting and balloon animals for the kids. Fans will also have the chance to meet a racehorse up close, making it a fun evening for the whole family.
Northfield Park will get back to traditional overnights on Sunday (Aug. 2) with a $7,069 Pick-6 carryover and an estimated $20,000 pool. The Pick-6 is offered in conjunction with the U.S. Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program as well as the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association.
