Edgerton, OH – Jazmin Short and Jennifer Main took this week’s Spring Haven Farm Ladies Driving Series races. Short came home first on Monday (Aug. 17) with Text Writer at the Miami County Fair in Troy, OH and Main on Wednesday (Aug. 19) with Two Birds Onestone at the Henry County Fair in Napoleon, OH.
Text Writer had a winning time of 1:56.1 while it took a mile in 1:57 for Two Birds Onestone to claim a victory.
Leslie Joyce continues to lead the 24 ladies who have competed in the series this year with 390 points. Short continues to sit in second place with 297 points while Main has moved up to third place with 224 points.
The Spring Haven Farm Ladies Driving Series has triple action next week as it visits the Allen County Fair in Lima, OH on Tuesday (Aug. 25), the Darke County Fair in Greenville, OH on Wednesday (Aug. 26), and the Defiance County Fair in Hicksville, OH on Thursday (Aug. 27).
Post time for the first race at Lima will be 6 p.m with both Greenville and Hicksville getting underway at 6:30 p.m.
