Harrington, DE – One week after being a beaten favorite, Thestable Arrowheadhanover’s Arrowhead Hanover ($3.20, Troy Beyer) received redemption with a 1:55.2 triumph in the $22,500 Open Trot at Harrington Raceway Wednesday (Sept. 16).
The Dan Munson-trainee rallied smartly off a second-over trip to score a three-length victory over Baby Bob and Speed Away for his 6th of the year, which pushed him over $100,000 in seasonal earnings. The 4-year-old International Moni gelding was the heavy favorite on 1-9 and finished third, but rewarded his backers this week in achieving his 14th lifetime victory.
Russell Foster had 5 wins on the program. Corey Callahan had 3 wins, while Troy Beyer and Brandon Givens had a double.
