Batavia, NY – After no one hit the Pick-5 wager at Batavia Downs on Saturday (Sept. 26), there is a $696 carryover for that wager in the first race on Wednesday (Sept. 30) and the management of Batavia Downs has announced that the pool will be guaranteed at $3,000 through the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering program.
As part of that program, TrackMaster will provide free full past performance program pages that can be downloaded (when available) at handicapping.ustrotting.com.
The Pick-5 at Batavia Downs is a 50-cent minimum wager that starts in race 1 and runs through race 5. Post time for the first race is 5 p.m. (EDT).
There is also a sizable carryover of $8,310 for the Jackpot Super Hi-5 pentafecta wager on that same program Wednesday. The Super Hi-5 is a minimum 20-cent bet and is featured in the 11th race.
