Anderson, IN —Taking care of business, Yo Beth D driven by Kyle Wilfong for trainer Ken Rucker sweeps all the legs and the $75,000 ISS Aged Mare Trot Final at Hoosier Park on Saturday (Oct. 10) for her third Indiana Sire Stakes title.

Starting the evening with the non-betting race, Yo Beth D was headed straight for the lead out of the gate, trotting swiftly past Miracle Maven (John De Long) to the turn in :28.2. The order at the turn saw Yo Beth D at the helm with Miracle Maven using the cover, Er Kelly (LeWayne Miller) holding in third and Delta Blues (Robert Taylor) bringing up the rear.
The four-horse field remained unchanged throughout the backstretch at the halfway mark in :57.3 and at the final turn in 1:26.1. Leading every step of the way, Yo Beth D separated herself from her fellow trotters, stopping the timer at 1:53.2 by 1-3/4 lengths. The rest of the field was spread thin by finishing how they started with Miracle Mavin scoring second and Er Kelly remaining in third.
Yo Beth D visited the winner’s circle for her sixth win of the season for owner Twoforone Stable. Bred by John Schmucker, the Helpisontheway-Scented Roses mare increased her lifetime earnings to $788,850.
ISS $50,000 Consolations
Rockinthefreeworld ($16.20) driven by Brandon Bates for trainer Henry Graber Jr. stormed down the stretch moving from fourth to first in the final quarter in :28.0 to win the $50,000 ISS 2-Year-Old Fillies Consolation in 1:53.0 by two quarters length. The Rockin Image out of Stella Z Tam filly is owned by Indiana Stables LLC, Graber Jr., Kiwi Stables LLC and Zippett Racing Stable. Rockinthefreeworld tallied $51,640 in lifetime earnings for her second career win. Rockinthefreeworld was bred by Chapel Ridge Farm and Fashion Hill Farm.
Taking the field down from the second deck in post 10, Finish Big ($3.40) piloted and trained by Robert Taylor picked up the lead from the halfway pole and stayed in control rest of the way winning the $50,000 ISS 2-Year-Old Fillies Trot in 1:57.0 by 1-1/2 lengths. Finish Big was bred by Luckiana Farm and is owned by Derek Knepp, Adrian Yoder and Taylor Racing LLC. Boosting her lifetime earnings to $69,856, the Don’t Let’em-Fuzzy Angel filly has won three of her first nine starts.
Leading every step of the way after a half mile, Let B Express ($4.40) driven by Kevin Lambright for trainer Robert Reeser controlled the tempo from that point on as he crushed the wire by three-quarters of a length in 1:56.1 to win the $50,000 ISS 2-Year-Old Colts and Geldings Trot Consolation. The Don’t Let’em crop struck again with Let B Express adding his third win of his career and increasing his lifetime earnings to $50,552. Let B Express is owned by Twoforone Stable and was bred by James Schulte.
For Heaven’s Sake ($2.80) driven by John De Long for trainer Jeff Edwards stayed hot in another impressive display taking down the $50,000 ISS 3-Year-Old Filly Trot Consolation in 1:54.2 by three half lengths. Winning four of her last five starts, the Swan For All-Supergirl filly was bred by Blue Chip Bloodstock Inc, John Lengacher and Danielle Henri. Owned by Denise Dennis For Heaven’s Sake achieved $83,710 in lifetime earnings.
$22,000 Open Pace
Always B Naughty ($4.80) driven by Austin Hanners for trainer Todd Luther wired the six-horse field clocking out in 1:51.2 by three quarters of a length securing the victory in the $22,000 Open Pace. The 6-year-old Always B Miki-Ooh Shesa Badlands mare was bred by Steve Stewart, Conquest Acres Lp and Oakwood Farms. Approaching millionaire status with $991,561 in lifetime earnings, the 2025 Breeders Crown champion is owned by Greg Luther Racing LLC.
Live racing at Hoosier Park resumes on Wednesday, October 14th with 10-horse fields set for all but one race in the 14-race card featuring the $10,000 guaranteed Late Pick 4 and the $10,000 guaranteed Late Hoosier High 5 done in partnership with the USTA’s strategic wagering program.
