Lady Shadow p,5,1:48.1s, one of the favorites in Friday night’s Breeders Crown for older pacing mares, will be selling to the highest bidder in an auction hosted by onGait.com.

A career winner of more than $1.8 million, the Shadow Play mare will start from post eight in the 12th race at Hoosier Park. Regular driver Yannick Gingras will be in the bike.

Lady Shadow was second to Darlinonthebeach as the favorite in her Breeders Crown elimination last week.

Bidding begins this Saturday morning and concludes Tuesday afternoon.
