The sensational French trotter Bold Eagle has been invited to race in the Breeders Crown at the Meadowlands in October.
After winning the Prix d’Amerique Sunday afternoon at Vincennes, Moira Fanning from the Hambletonian Society handed an invitation for the Breeders Crown to the owner and trainer of Bold Eagle.
“A fantastic trotter, maybe the best I have ever seen. I hope they will come to the United States,” Fanning said after the race at Vincennes.

The 5-year old French trotter Bold Eagle driven by Franck Nivard was in a class of his own on Sunday in the Prix d’Amerique, which he won in a new stakes record of 1.54.4 (mile rate) – the old record was 1.55.4!
