Columbus, OH — With the New York State Gaming Commission currently considering the adoption of uniform medication proposals from the Association of Racing Commissioners International and the Racing Medication & Testing Consortium, WNYHHA President and Administrative Director Bruce Tubin has sent a letter to the Acting Secretary of the Commission outlining the organization’s opposition to the proposed new rules.
