Newton, IL — The races scheduled for Wednesday (June 26) at the Japser County Fair in Newton, Ill., have been postponed due to heavy rain.

They will try to race on Thursday (June 27) at 1 p.m., but if not then, either Friday or Saturday at 1 p.m.
