Trinity Financial to support the Meadowlands

from Trinity Financial

Wall, NJ — Peter Grandich, managing member of Trinity Financial Sports & Entertainment Management Co., LLC, announced that the company has committed major marketing support to the New Jersey harness racing industry. As part of his support, members of the Trinity Financial Corporate Advisory Board will soon begin making appearances at Meadowlands Racetrack in an effort to provide added value to fans who patronize the races.

“I’ve been going to the Meadowlands since it first opened and feel it deserves to be called the Mecca of harness racing,” says Grandich. “If not for Jeff Gural’s undertaking, I truly believe harness racing and all the benefits New Jersey receives from it would be lost. I hope everyone involved in the business will continue to rally around Jeff and the Meadowlands.”

The first appearance of a Trinity Advisory Board member will be on Saturday (May 11), when New York Rangers fan favorite Nick Fotiu appears to meet patrons, sign autographs and take pictures.

Other Advisory Board members who may appear include New York Jets legend Joe Klecko and his son, three-time Super Bowl champion Dan Klecko; former New York Ranger Ron Greschner; former NFL quarterback Ray Lucas; former New Jersey Devil Ken Daneyko; and Former New York Giants Lee Rouson and Keith Elias.

Grandich, who has been an avid racing fan for more than 40 years, owns and currently races a 3-year-old pacer named Nick Fotiu at the Meadowlands and has an unraced 2-year-old named Klecko he hopes will make it to the track this year.

“We’re excited to welcome several of the tri-state area’s sports legends here to the New Meadowlands Racetrack while continuing to showcase the excitement and pageantry of the world’s best harness racing,” says Jason M. Settlemoir, CEO and general manager of the Meadowlands.
