Saratoga Springs, NY — A couple of super talented 3-year-old fillies squared off on Thursday night (April 4) at Saratoga as Curtsy Hanover (Cantab Hall) and Crazy About NY (Crazed) competed in a $5,000 non-winners of two races lifetime trot.

Curtsy Hanover was a 2:00.3 winner on Thursday at Saratoga.
Curtsy Hanover (Brian Mattison) was coming off a win in her lifetime debut last week while Crazy About NY (Scott Mongeon) was making her seasonal debut following a freshman campaign in which she earned more than $60,000, mostly in New York Sire Stakes competition.
On Thursday, Crazy About NY captured the early lead but Curtsy Hanover outbrushed her past the half-mile pole before trotting away in a :58.3 final half to score a convincing victory in 2:00.3. The Paul Kelley trained filly moved her record to two-for-two.
Watch out for stakes competition this summer where you are likely to find both of these talented fillies competing at a high level.
Live racing continues on Friday night with first post time set for 7:05 p.m.
