Fowlerville, MI — Fowlerville will host a colt gate training day on Sunday (June 24).
Post time is 1 p.m. and the box closes at 12 noon. Make all enteries at the fairgrounds upon arrival. The entry fee is $10 per horse.
All horses will be on gate. Horses will race according to age, sex, gait and speed. Some classes may be combined according to the number of entries.
Stalls are available (no straw allowed) and there is no stall fee. Jog carts are allowed for warm-ups only. Race bikes must used in training miles on gate. USTA licensed drivers and trainers will be allowed to drive in training miles.
Hot dogs and brats will be provided, courtesy of the Fowlerville Horsemen committee. Bring a dish to pass for the potluck lunch. Water and drinks will be available, sponsored by the Fowlerville Equestrian Team.
Enter the fairgrounds at the east gate only. Please clean up your area before you leave as we are responsible to have the grounds cleaned up at the conclusion of the event.
