Lemoyne, PA — The USTA District 7 annual meeting will be held at the Best Western East Mountain Inn in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., on Saturday, Dec. 6, at 12:00 noon.

The phone number of the hotel is (570) 822-1011. There is a special rate of $84, but it is only available while rooms last so please book as early as possible and reference the PHHA rate, not the USTA rate, when booking.

The second annual Celebration of Pennsylvania Harness Racing is being held nearby at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in the ballroom. Cocktails will be served at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is at 6:30 p.m.

Celebration ticket orders should go to the PHHA, so we can keep the count straight. Tickets may be ordered at www.pahha.com and users can click on “Tickets” at the top of the page for event information and to download a ticket order form.

We cannot guarantee on-time shipping for any tickets ordered after November 28, so please order as soon as possible. Checks should be made out to the PHHA. Also, there is a charge for children 12 and under, it is the same $25 as adults.
