Harrisburg, PA — Earl Beal, Jr., President of the Pennsylvania Harness Horsemen’s Association, today announced that Heather Moffett has joined “PA HarnessWeek” as co-host alongside Steve Ross. Her first appearance will be on the September 6 episode.
Mrs. Moffett is a licensed trainer and works as a reporter for Horseman & Fair World magazine. She has appeared on ESPN2 and Fox Sports and currently hosts Delaware’s award-winning “Post Time” television show. A lifelong racing fan, she is the third generation of her family to be actively involved in the sport. Trainer Billy Moffett is her husband.
“We’re excited to have someone of Heather’s caliber as part of our team,” said Mr. Beal. “She’s one of racing’s most engaging on-air personalities as well as an exceptional journalist with a built-in fan base. We look forward to many great episodes ahead.”
