Freehold, NJ — Freehold Director of Racing Peter Koch has announced the dates for the track’s 2007 Fall Late Closer Series.

The series includes The Gaitway Farm for 2-year-old colts and geldings, The Showplace Farm for 2-year-old fillies, The Crystal Brook for pacers, The White Birch for 3-year-old colts and geldings and The Magical Acres for 3- and 4-year-old trotters.

All races will have two legs with the top eight money earners in each series eligible to the final.

The dates for The Gaitway Farm are Friday, November 2; Friday, November 9; and Friday, November 16 ($20,000-est. final).

The Showplace Farm dates are Thursday, November 1; Thursday, November 8; with the $20,000 (est.) final set for Thursday, November 15.

The Crystal Brook dates are Tuesday, November 6; Wednesday, November 14; with the $15,000 (est.) final set for Friday, November 23.

The White Birch has Saturday dates of November 3 and November 10, ending with the $25,000 (est.) final on November 17.

The Magical Acres will be run on Wednesdays, October 31 and November 7, with the $25,000 (est.) final on November 14.

Nominations for the series, including the nominating fee, are due October 15, 2007.
