Mike Allen Starts Rehab

Less than five weeks after a serious motorcycle accident in which he suffered major head injuries, trainer/driver Mike Allen has left the hospital and entered a rehabilitation center.
Allen is expected to be in the Gainesville, Florida, rehab center for four weeks and will get intensive therapy to regain motor and language skills. His sister-in-law, Dawn Allen, reports that he is able to speak family member’s names, say short sentences and walk with assistance. On a recent visit, he held and clicked a stopwatch.
