The $179,200 International Stallion Stakes/CSX Stables event for two-year-old pacing colts went to Allamerican Inca, in a time of 1:50.4 on Friday afternoon at The Red Mile. With a sweeping move in the middle of the track at the final turn, Allamerican Inca (Dave Palone) went by the field to win by 4 1/2 lengths in a new lifetime mark.
P-Forty-Seven (Kelly O’Donnell) was first to the lead from the nine hole in a :26.4 first quarter, when Beretta Hall (David Miller) tipped out to get the lead at the 3/8ths marker and held to the :55 half. Climb The Ladder (Richie Silverman) poked a nose in front from the outside at the 1:23 three quarter mark. When the field straightened out for home, Beretta Hall again attained the lead briefly until Allamerican Inca came out from the middle of the pack to pass the pack.
Allamerican Inca improved his lead to 4 1/2 lengths at the wire for the third win in his last four starts. The gelded son of Western Hanover-Incredible Margie is owned by Adam Victor and Son Stable of New York City and trained by Noel Daley. Kublai Pan (John Campbell) got up for second and Speed Demon (Brian Sears) was third. Beretta Hall was fourth and P-Forty-Seven got the final check.
