The first division of the $130,100 Dunroven Stud Stake at the Red Mile for two-year-old trotting colts was won in a stretch drive filled with breakers by Victory Photo (Yannick Gingras) in 1:57.2.

Victory Photo, nearest the camera, prevailed by a narrow margin on Thursday
Victory Photo finished a head beyond Southfork (Ron Pierce), who was placed third for making a lapped on break at the wire. Smooth Muscles (Mike Wilder) finished third but was placed second. Musclesextraordinair was fourth, Yankee Valor was fifth and made a unlapped break at the wire.
Victory Photo is owned by Royal Wires Products Inc of North Royalton, Ohio and trained by Don Swick. It was his first win in eight starts.
Manopoly (David Miller) was in the lead at the :29.3 quarter before yielding to Southfork before the :58.1 half. Southfork held that lead to the 1:28.2 three quarters until he made a break in deep stretch and fell from the lead.
