Europe’s leading sire, Ready Cash, had another big win Sunday afternoon (Feb. 4) at Vincennes as the 6-year-old Italian trotter Traders won the Group 1-race Prix de l’Ile de France with a total purse of $250,000.

Traders was a winner, followed by Bilibili.
Prix de l’Ile de France is an under-saddle race over 1-5/16 miles and Traders with Yoann Lebourgeois up won in 1:53.2 (mile rate), just one fraction off the race record.
Second was Bilibili, who won the race last year.
Traders is the present under-saddle champion in Europe. A fortnight ago he won the world’s richest under-saddle race, Prix de Cornulier, and from four starts in under-saddle races since Nov. 20, Traders has won three.
His next race could be next Sunday (Feb. 11) — however for sulky — in the Grand Prix de France at Vincennes.
