Midway, KY — Armitage Farm in Midway, Ky., had its first born foal Tuesday morning (Jan. 16) at 5:30 a.m. in the cold 8 degree Kentucky winter.
Armitage Farm was purchased in September 2023 and is primarily a Standardbred breeding farm owned by Jim Mclane and Rita Armitage.
The healthy colt is by Chapter Seven and is out of An Ocean Away (Yankee Glide-Oasis Dream).
