Despite some snow in the area, Harrah’s Hoosier Park, the Indiana Standardbred Association and Indiana Horse Racing Commission have made the decision that the 15-race closing night program on Saturday (Nov. 29) will go on as scheduled, and when it does, bettors will be treated to a multitude of carryovers and guaranteed wagers on the program.
