Northville, MI — Oh K Man (Western Ideal-Armbro Amour) and driver Marc St. Louis, Jr. took the Saturday night (May 13) feature at Northville Downs, the $10,800 Open Handicap Pace, for the second straight week.
Oh K Man (Marc St. Louis Jr.) scored in wire-to-wire fashion, setting fractions of :27.3, :56.4, 1:25 and recording a final clocking of 1:54.3, holding off a late surge from Catch Me Conrad and Lindsay Moen. Jet’s Sureshot rallied for third with driver Kim Pluta.

Oh K Man, a 44-time winner with $269,847 in career earnings, is owned by Julie Neil and trained by Danielle St. Louis.
In race six, the Open 3 Pace, McFehr (McArdle-Southwind Piper) and driver Jason Merriman went wire-to-wire in 1:56.3 over rivals No Pulse Richie (Justin Irvine) and Diesel Accelerator (David Lake). McFehr is owned and trained by Will Johnson.
Merriman came right back to take the seventh, the Open 2 Pace, from off the pace with Bluebird Pacific (Panspacificflight-Bluebird Waneda) for owner Casey Wolfe and trainer Craig Wolfe in 1:56. Rockin TJ (Kody Massey) finished second and Gabe the Babe (Art McIlmurray) settled for third.
Merriman scored a driving triple while Kody Massey had a driving double.
Racing at Northville resumes Friday (May 19) at 7 p.m. Friday night is dollar night with $1 live programs, $1 pop, $1 popcorn, $2 hot dogs and beer, as well as hamburger and cheeseburger specials.
