Dover, DE — Due to extreme snow and ice accumulation, Bally’s Dover has canceled its Monday (Jan. 26) harness racing program.
The race office will remain open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Entries for the Thursday (Jan. 29) program will be taken until 11 a.m.; horsepeople are encouraged to use the USTA Online Entry platform.
