Dover, DE — Bally’s Dover has canceled its harness racing program scheduled for Monday (Feb. 23) due to severe winter weather blanketing the Mid-Atlantic.
The race office will remain open; entries for Thursday (Feb. 26) are due no later than 11 a.m. (ET). Horsepeople are encouraged to use the USTA Online Entry platform to enter their horses.
