Harrington, DE – P T Stable’s Beat Cop ($2.20, Tim Tetrick) was a 1:55 winner in the $110,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) Final for 2-year-old pacing colts and geldings Monday (Oct. 9) at Harrington Raceway.

The Dragon King gelding swept his eliminations impressively and was a confident first-over winner Monday over Papas Son and Cavalli Island for his third straight win. Trained by Crissy Crissman-Bier, it was his sixth lifetime win. Tetrick drove Beat Cop confidently first-over near three-quarters as he steadily gained on leader Papas Son and opened up on the field in deep stretch.

In the $50,000 Bobby Quillen, Elizabeth and Bret Brittingham’s Itsrockandroll A ($2.40, Allan Davis) won his eighth straight race in 1:54. The 8-year-old A Rocknroll Dance gelding led throughout and pulled away confidently in the stretch over Mack and Stag Party. Trained by Don Brittingham, he boosted his seasonal earnings to nearly $175,000.
Corey Callahan had five winners on the card.
