Louie, the 3-5 favorite, was parked well past the quarter and was forced to a swift :55.3 half. That was the signal for trainer/driver Dan Rawlings to move Big Bang Bang from third. The 4-year-old Believeinbruiser-Shytown Lightning gelding defeated the game Louie by three-quarters lengths in a career-best 1:52.2, with Super Hero Hanover a rallying third.
