Biscoe moves first-up in the slop, wins Meadows feature

Washington, PA — Biscoe moved determinedly first over and edged away in the sloppy stretch to capture Wednesday’s (Dec. 27) feature at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, a $12,500 Conditioned Trot.

Biscoe was fourth down the backside when Dave Palone sent him after the leader, Easy Rider. Once he cleared that rival, the 4-year-old son of International Moni-Setntheworldonfire persevered in deep stretch to score in 1:56.1, a neck better than Whiskey Bender. Easy Rider saved show.

Tim Twaddle trains Biscoe and owns with Micki Rae Stables LLC.

Aaron Merriman and Palone each piloted three winners on the 13-race card.

Live racing at The Meadows continues Thursday (Dec. 28) when the 13-race program features a $1,113.58 carryover in the Early Pentafecta (race 4). First post is 12:45 p.m.
