Cranbury, NJ – Supplemental payments for Breeders Crown 3-Year-Old and Open Events are due and payable on Monday, Oct. 13, at noon (EDT) in the racing secretary’s office at Woodbine Mohawk Park or the Hambletonian Society office in Cranbury, N.J.
There are no supplemental provisions for 2-year-olds.
When a supplemental entry fee is paid, no other fee of any kind is required.
Supplemental payments in the year of the race also make a horse eligible to subsequent year’s Breeders Crown events under the normal schedule of payments.
All supplemental entry fees shall be made payable to The Hambletonian Society, Inc. The percentage of supplemental payments added to the purse will be determined by The Hambletonian Society.

In order to supplement, a check for the total amount above, payable to the Hambletonian Society, Inc. and sent to the attention of Jim Gillespie, Racing Secretary at Woodbine Mohawk Park, P.O. Box 160, 9430 Guelph Line Campbellville, Ontario, L0P 1B0 or The Hambletonian Society at 109 S. Main Street, Ste 18, Cranbury, NJ 08512 must be received by the deadline of noon on Monday, Oct. 13.
If you wish to mail a check or wire the funds directly to the Hambletonian Society prior to the day of declaration, you should notify the Hambletonian Society office directly by Thursday, Oct. 9, preceding the entry date and ensure that funds are received by us prior to the end of our business day on Friday, Oct. 10. Your horse(s) will not be drawn in and the funds will be returned to you, if: You decide not to enter your horse(s); Woodbine Mohawk Park race office does not receive a proper entry (declaration) by Monday, Oct. 13, at noon. (EDT); or you enter and then decide to withdraw your horse(s) and contact Jim Gillespie prior to that deadline.
The check, or the wire, in itself does not constitute a declaration. You must also enter (declare) your horse in writing, electronically, or enter by calling the race secretary at 905-854-7805 before Monday, Oct. 13, at noon (EDT).
Regular entries for all other horses kept eligible by the required sustaining payments in 2025 are due Tuesday, Oct. 14, by 10:30 a.m. (EDT) at Woodbine Mohawk Park office.
