Chester, PA – Favorites were upended in three legs of Wednesday’s (July 21) Late Pick-4 at Harrah’s Philadelphia, resulting in a $2,039.06 carryover to Thursday’s (July 22) Early Pick-4 and prompting a $10,000 guaranteed total pool.

The guarantee is offered in conjunction with the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program.
